Matt Cunningham is Global Director, Infrastructure, providing strategic direction to IBI Group leaders in Land Development, Planning and Urban Design, Transportation, and Water & Energy Resources, delivered through traditional and P3 projects.
Matt is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years of international project experience in major infrastructure projects. He has particular expertise in AFP/P3 projects and has led joint venture project teams on $1B+ projects.
